Welcome to A Unicorn’s Design. By purchasing services or submitting a request form, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

A Unicorn’s Design provides website design, setup, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services.

Services are offered in tiered packages (Starter, Standard, Premium, and Elite), each with specific features, timelines, and revision limits.

All projects begin only after the setup fee is paid and all required content has been received.



2. Project Start & Timelines

Project timelines begin only after onboarding is completed and all required content is received.

Timelines vary depending on the selected package.

Delays in content submission, communication, or additional requests may result in extended delivery timelines.



3. Scope of Work

Each package includes a defined scope of work based on the selected service.

Requests outside of the selected package—including additional pages, redesigns, integrations, or advanced features—may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.



4. Setup Fees

Website setup fees are required before any work begins.

Setup fees cover design time, layout creation, and website development and are non-refundable once work has started.



5. Revisions

Each website package includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in the selected service.

Each revision round typically requires 2–4 business days, depending on the scope of changes.

Additional revisions or major changes beyond the package scope may incur additional fees.



6. Managed Hosting Model

All websites built by A Unicorn’s Design are hosted and managed under A Unicorn’s Design while the monthly website care plan is active.

Clients do not directly manage platform subscriptions during this period.



7. Domain Registration

Domain registration may be included and managed by A Unicorn’s Design as part of the website care plan.

If a client cancels services and requests a domain transfer, the domain may be transferred after all outstanding balances are paid and transfer requirements are completed.



8. Monthly Website Care

A monthly website care plan is required to maintain hosting, updates, security, and ongoing support.

Monthly plans may include:
• Website hosting
• Maintenance and support
• Minor content updates (based on selected plan)

If a monthly subscription is canceled or payment fails:
• Website access may be paused
• The website may be taken offline
• Services will stop until payment resumes

Clients may request a hosting transfer if they choose to cancel.



9. Payments

All payments must be made in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

Projects may be paused if payments are not completed on time.



10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:
• Accurate content and information
• Images or branding materials (if applicable)
• Timely communication throughout the design process

Delays in client responses or missing content may delay project completion.



11. Ownership

Website ownership transfers to the client once all setup fees and outstanding balances are paid in full.

A Unicorn’s Design retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.



12. Refund Policy

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically and are non-refundable once charged.



13. Limitation of Liability

A Unicorn’s Design is not responsible for losses or issues caused by third-party services, hosting outages, or client-provided content.



14. No Guarantees

A Unicorn’s Design does not guarantee specific business results, traffic, or sales from the completed website.



15. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
