Website Design Services
All website setup fees and project payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Work officially begins after:
• Payment is received, and
• The onboarding form is submitted.
Due to the time, planning, and digital resources allocated to each project, refunds cannot be issued once design work has started.
If a client cancels before submitting their onboarding form, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of A Unicorn’s Design.

Monthly Website Care Plans
Monthly website care plan payments are non-refundable once billed.
Clients may cancel future billing at any time with written notice.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Domain registrations, renewals, and hosting subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased or renewed.
